Ingredients:
Chicken thighs (without bone) about 10pcs.
<A> saikyo miso 500g
sake 90ml
mirin (sweet sake for cooking) 90ml
Preparation
- Mix well <A>, and marinate the chicken in the miso mixture for 2 days in the refrigerator.
- Wipe off the miso mixture with hand, and bake in 200? oven for 7 minutes or until done. Cut into desired size.
