Ingredients:

Chicken thighs (without bone) about 10pcs.
<A>  saikyo miso 500g
sake 90ml
mirin (sweet sake for cooking) 90ml

Preparation

  1. Mix well <A>, and marinate the chicken in the miso mixture for 2 days in the refrigerator.
  2. Wipe off the miso mixture with hand, and bake in 200? oven for 7 minutes or until done. Cut into desired size.

Ingredients

  • celery 100g (cut into 3mm slices)
  • shinshu miso 1 soup spoon
  • olive oil 2 teaspoons
  • mustard 1 – 2 teaspoon

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pan. Stir fry and mix with spatula for about 1 minute and it is ready!

8 American Lamb Loin Chops, 1-1/4-inch-thick
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon each garlic salt and coarse pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 large red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Preparation

  1. In small bowl, combine fennel seeds, garlic salt, pepper and olive oil.
